Liquid‐Assisted Grain Growth: Effect of Cu–Sn–Se Liquid Phase on Grain Growth and Efficiency of CZTSSe Solar Cells
In article number 1903173, Jin‐Kyu Kang, Dae‐Hwan Kim and co‐workers report a liquid‐assisted grain growth mechanism for a vacuum processed Cu2ZnSn(S1−x Sex)4 (CZTSSe) absorber. The liquid phase is mainly composed of Cu, Sn, and Se. Through this liquid assisted grain growth, it is possible to form CZTSSe thin films with large‐sized grains at low temperatures.
